A lottery is to be conducted if the number of applicants exceeds the maximum enrollment and a waiting list is developed.As space become available, applicants will be called from the waiting list beginning with applicants with the lowest number assignment. She was born April 23, 1960 in Magnolia, MS and was 56 years of age. Lisa was loved by daughter, Renee, parents, siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
I moved to Charleston in 1985 from bitter cold Duluth, Minnesota.
